Hi, I’m Catherine — I’ve been a therapist for nearly 20 years and I’m passionate about supporting women through life’s changes, from pregnancy to menopause and everything either side.
I offer holistic/ deep tissue massage, reflexology and other complementary therapies.
Every treatment is tailored to what you need on the day and I often combine therapies for a truly unique experience that can help address multiple concerns.
I love building relationships with my clients and supporting them on an ongoing basis. Whether you visit for occasional relaxation or enjoy having regular treatments as part of your self-care routine, I’m here to support you through life’s ups and downs and the many changes our bodies go through along the way.
I work from my beautiful home studio using high-quality, natural products.
