Hi, I’m Catherine — I’ve been a therapist for nearly 20 years and I’m passionate about supporting women through life’s changes, from pregnancy to menopause and everything either side.

I offer holistic and deep tissue massage, reflexology and other modalities, all tailored to what you need on the day. Treatments often combine different therapies for a truly unique experience. I work from my beautiful home studio using high-quality, natural products.
